To provide alternative options to the court to address the criminogenic needs of offenders (characteristics, traits or issues that directly relate to the individual's likelihood to commit crime and can be targeted for change) and support services to victim

• Court work (assessing the offender’s suitability to participate in a relevant service or therapeutic intervention, monitoring compliance and providing feedback reports to the court)
  Identifying and addressing the criminogenic needs of offenders who then participate in appropriate programmes that teach new skills and behaviour
  Building capacity initiatives for stakeholders and victims.
